After a long flight delay we arrived late to a dirty room with no soap and banged up furniture. Saw disheveled folks leaving the area. We checked right out and did not stay here.

This hotel was EXTREMELY dirty. Hair in the bed, hair in the shower, dust on every surface, and mould in the shower. The condition of the room was awful with scuff marks on every wall and all cupboards were scratched up. No hand soap so we had to purchase it ourselves. Found frozen chicken in our freezer from previous people that expired 2 months ago. Dirty dishes were in our dishwasher from previous people with no soap to clean them. People in the hotel were CONSTANTLY smoking despite the no-smoking signs on every room and the employee did NOTHING to stop it. We weren’t asked for a credit card for incidentals which explains the conditions of the rooms. Also was very hard to get service as the front desk employee was gone most of the time with a sign saying they had to step away. We had to wait 25mins for the employee to return when checking in AND the same thing on a separate occasion when our room key randomly stopped working and needed a new key. The hotel was very over priced considering the condition of the room, no pool, and no breakfast. Absolutely worst hotel I have EVER stayed in.

Completely run down and dilapidated

I hate to leave a bad review, because the staff was very nice....BUT this place was NOTHING like the pictures or older reviews. It was truly run down and in horrible condition. The mattresses were stained and old, the facility smelled horrific, and the rooms were in TERRIBLE condition. The premises were populated with actual residents who sat in hallways and were very loud. It was really a bad hotel.

PICTURES ARE EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Motel 6 vibes. The hotel itself is disgusting. It looks like no one has cleaned, vacuumed, or taken out trash in a few weeks. Loud appliances, and questionable location. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dirty towels and washcloths. Hallway dirty with people walking up and down them all night. Someone tried to come in my room twice. Shady activities going on in and out of the building. Pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. Overall I would never recommend this place.

Toenail on the carpet

First room i was given had spiderwebs and a smoke detector with a low battery beeping so I asked for another. The second room had a stain on the sheets (I was told in response "we wash them") so i asked for another. Third room had a toenail clipping on the floor and an unexplained stain in the bathroom. I would have asked for another room if I saw them in time. All the rooms had old and chipped fixtures.
