The room and whole building are well maintained and clean. Front desk has someone 24 hrs. On site parking was convenient while they were also walking distance from things.

Upscale feel at a budget price
I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. Great value for the price. The hotel looks and feels very upscale. Nice furnishings, plus towels, big beautiful shower, plus a fridge and microwave. Great lounge area downstairs. Would gladly stay here again!!

great place to stay!
walking into the lobby felt (and smelled) like vacation resort! a wonderful first impression!! the room was contemporary, extremely nice and spacious. The bartender made excellent drinks! The area seemed a little questionable but we're in the middle of downtown so might be that way anywhere. i only wished the parking lot had a gate, otherwise it was completely fine. we love this place and when we go back to downtown Minneapolis will be staying here again for sure!
