I loved staying at this hotel. It was neat and clean. Very quiet property staff were great. Also the mirror in the bathroom had a speaker built right into it. Nice to listen to music while taking a shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room & linens and nicely designed rooms. It is a short (12-15 mi) walk to the convention center & large meeting focused hotels. Effective use of a Daily text inviting requests for towels etc. the room had a Keurig but no option for hot water/tea - hot water tap is in the lobby but no tea bags though these may be available on request.The frustration that pulled down this evaluation is that theroom keys repeatedly failed to work. The staff are friendly & willing to help but not consistently knowledgeable.

Service was amazing, Parking was fairly easy to manage once you figured out the entrance. The room was clean and so was the check in area, a few hallways were just not vacuumed and I could have caught it in between. Overall was a great stay, the staff was the very best part.
