I had reserved a king bed studio suite oversized room and arrived around 5pm. There was no one at the desk but I said "hello" and someone appeared from a back room. I started saying "Hi, I have a reservation..." but he interrupted with "ID". No greeting or any other words. I gave him my drivers license and he got the key card ready. He set it down, pointed to the stairs and told me the room number. He told me when breakfast is served and what the wifi password was. Then he walked away. I got up to my room and discovered it was nothing like the photos online. The listing stated the bedroom was a seperate room and it wasn't. The photos showed a fridge and freezer, a kitchen counter with cupboards and a sink, a table and chairs. The room I was given had none of this. It was a bed, dresser and desk all in one room. The alarm clock was plugged in but didn't work. It looked like someone had smashed it several times. The phone in the room did not work. The fridge was barely cool and had no knob to adjust the temperature. Every time I went to the front desk there was no one there - just a sign that said to call a phone number if you needed something. I was in and out over the course of 3 days and never saw anyone cleaning rooms. When I went to check out I had to again call for someone. All that guy said was "you're good to go", meaning I had paid already. This was a terrible experience.
First of all the receptionist was very mean and very unfit for the position, she gave me the worst experience, she gave me the wrong bedroom and everything about the hotel was unclean, and there was even a really bad smell there, to be specific please clean your walking area, and especially the carpet around the hotel. It really stinks.

The hotel was very dirty. There were all sort of things going on in the parking lot by very sketchy people. The room was filthy and numerous things were broke. TV was analog with the fuzz. No batteries in the controller and to top it all off this morning we found a cockroach in the bathtub. Do not stay here.
The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the strong smell of weed in the hallway. We then got in our room, it was very run down, only about ½ of the lights/light bulbs worked in the room. Also there was blue painters tape holding the curtins together and to the wall.
Everything pretty normal. Room with one king bed and twin pullout sofa. Carpet pretty dirtyy. Everything works. Comfy bed. For price I give it a 6/10. Only because breakfast not that good would’ve been 7/10. TV in each of the two rooms.
Wish the pool was in order and available for use....kids Dad fell in the shower..May need to put slip guards in...really liked the feel and look of the room...beds were very comfortable...more breakfast items would be nice... maybe muffins waffles fruits... sausage Patties and eggs...it would be nicer
This hotel is very clean. The lady in the front desk goes above and beyond for us. She made sure our tv remote is working even if she's already clocked out for her shift. This is just a hotel you'd choose to check back in. One thing though, breakfast is very basic. I hope they'll add more.
