Property is not located within amenities. If you’re up for a walk, there are great dining and typical attractions around a capital. Airport is a short drive. Property is near freeway but is relatively quiet.

Will happily stay there again! It was clean, quiet, comfortable and super convenient to many places we wanted to visit this trip. Everyone was friendly particularly the breakfast attendant who was very sweet!

The room was clean but smelled funny even though I had a non smoking room. It was noisy. Some music was playing all night long.....not from another room? The food choices were all very unhealthy...well some eggs for breakfast weren't greasy. And there was some fresh fruit. The housekeeping woman was extremely nice

Our room had a smoke smell in the bathroom, and the hot tub had way too many chemicals. It smelled like straight up bleach and some kids were getting sick from it. I would say it is overpriced for what it is. Staff were kind and it was within walking distance to some venues which was nice. Overall I would not recommend for the cost.

At check in, the line was across the lobby to the front entrance. Aside from that, there was a shuttle to and from our concert venue which was awesome! While the room was clean and spotless, it was clear the room needs to be updated.

The hotel advertises breakfast 7:30-10am. At 9:15am I was told everything was being cleaned up. The restaurant closed at 8pm, not 10pm, as advertised. My room was supposed to have a view of the cathedral. I had a view of a parking lot and abandoned building. Disappointing for the charged rate.

It was cool to have the Catherdral as our view! We walked to the Xcel Energy Center for a concert, it was a decent walk. Going back to the hotel from the Xcel Energy Center, stick to the main roads if walking. Be prepared to walk up hill a bit. Otherwise it was beautiful seeing the city at night. The Capital all lit up. I couldn’t put excellent for the room because when we got there our toilet seat was practically falling off!!! We were barely in the room so that was at least good, but still. Not cool! I told them about it at check out and he said he would tell maintenance. Otherwise everything else was good. Staff is very nice and helpful if/when needed.

When calling to verify hotel reservations it rang for a long time. I thought maybe folding towels so I gave them time. Person that answered was snappy and rude. I don’t stay at hotels a lot and wanted to verify before arriving. Big bathrooms were dirty. Staff at breakfast were super nice. Bartender staff also nice.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to concerts at the Xcel Energy Center. They typically have a shuttle service which runs to, and from, the grounds is always well kept, the hotel is always clean, the rooms are clean and spacious good value for the price

Great hotel to stay at for Excel events! Free shuttle service, free breakfast and wonderful staff!! Highly, highly recommend. Price was very economical - will definitely stay here again!

Check in was smooth. The hotel property is well maintained. The first night we stayed in and enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant. The bartender was phenomenal! Very attentive and all around great guy! The next morning we did the hotel’s breakfast. I will say this was a wonderful experience. I did not get her name but the woman working the breakfast area was amazing. She welcomed us and asked what she could get us for morning beverages. She too was very attentive and wonderful. We used the shuttle service to and from the game. The driver was quiet but it was a pleasant ride. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town!!

Good stay. Gentleman at the desk was busy, taking ph on e calls and trying to check us in. The gal at breakfast taking juice/drink orders was a bit odd. Not necessary, made people feel bad about getting our own drinks like we typically would do. I can see if helpful but would still be nice to get our own drinks.
