The fact that we did not know they would not accept our debit card which we actually used to pay for our room that was declined to us. No kind of information was given to help our situation and the manager was avoiding a conversation about trying to get a refund since we couldn’t stay due to declining our card that was used to purchase the room.

Drastic decline in environment and quality
I've stayed at this hotel a dozen times in the past and normally have good things to say. Unfortunately, this was the worst stay I've had so far. The breakfast was mediocre. Just 6 months ago I'd stayed at this same hotel and it was fantastic. Now, the breakfast is slim pickings, there's no longer an espresso machine for coffee, "warm" breakfast items were room temp and meager in quantity and variety of items was scant. The hallways smelled of marijuana constantly and although we saw security officers in the hallways, we were hearing constant yelling and running in the hallways from other guests. Some of this can be controlled by hotel management, other issues is the clientele it is pulling in. Unfortunately, I will most likely find another hotel to stay at in the future.

Sink was stopped up. Toilet leak. Both were fix right away. Breakfast had three food warmers but only two had food in them. The liquid cheese in the folded over eggs was not good. Friendly staff,comfortable beds,very clean place to stay.

This was our second stay here. It was okay, but had gone downhill a bit since last time half a year ago. There was no longer a waffle-maker in the breakfast room, there was some hair stuck on the tub, there was no soap in the bathroom (they must have forgotten to replace it), the room was cold (thermostat showed 71*F but there’s no way it was that), and the pool and kiddie pool were also REALLY CHILLY. There was also no wi-fi password, which made me wonder about security. The hot tub was good and the staff were helpful and professional, so it wasn’t totally awful, but we also probably won’t be choosing it in the future anymore.

Was asked to do pre-check-in but then still had a full check-in upon arrival. Seemed like a waste of time and I will not do that again. Stay has been otherwise nice. Bed and rooms comfortable. Pool is large. Breakfast area looks like a good selection.
