Parking is not free and no shuttle to airports

We have always stayed here because of free long term parking. However, even though it is advertised as such,we had to pay 100 for the parking. This is fraudulent and should be removed from their website

stay with scrambled eggs. Need fresh fruit

the free breakfast lacked fresh fruit. When eggs are featured in the free breakfast it would be better to go with the fluffy scrambled eggs than the over medium / over hard choice. the over medium / over hard choice could not be scraped from the steam container

I received a a rude call at work from the front desk while i was at work asking why my stuff was still in my room? I said because last night i went down to the front desk and extended my stay two days. Then she said, Oh, never mind.

There was ants in the bathroom. When we saw them we already 2 kids sleeping, otherwise we would’ve packed up and left. The pool is also smaller than it looks in the pictures

0/10 So extremely loud!!! People banging doors, blaring music, fighting, smoking, alarms going off on the doors. Our windows don’t lock on the 1st floor. The beds are awful!!
