My room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was too simple, the waffle was good, but we were hoping for low carb options but there weren’t even hard boiled eggs, neither fresh fruits. No elevator in this building, if you have heavy luggages, you need to take this into consideration.

The man that works in the front counter was very helpful and friendly. I called ahead of time to let them know I would be coming in later than the check in time, he assured me everything would be ready for when I did eventually arrive. Check in was the fastest check in I’ve ever experienced. My room was clean and bigger than expected. Ate the breakfast during my stay which was a nice addition. Overall enjoyed my stay at this cute hotel.

I requested a room with good electrical outlets for my CPAP machine and I was given an accessible room, it was perfect. A little noisy from the loud televisions on either side, but I slept very well in the comfortable beds. Even the coffee pods tasted great during my stay! I told the concierge my only complaint was the slow drainage in the shower. The shortage of plastic utensils on my second morning was a shock, as was the absence of scrambled eggs! These things happen I suppose, but knowing the amount of guests you have ahead of time should have given staff plenty of time to prepare. I was also happy that the pool was open during all the ongoing maintenance work! Thank you. I quite enjoyed my stay! Regards, Lionel
