Little niggles spoil our view.
Little niggles like Breakfasts weren't varied enough and coffee machine in reception remained broken for 3 days and had problem at check out with credit card machine let the hotel down.

Locamos o QUARTO SUITE PRESIDENCIAL com 52 m2. Tinha apenas um AR CONDICIONADO DE 12.000 BTUS, aquém da necessidade. Acima do Quarto fica instalado o RESTAURANTE DO HOTEL que comece com uma BATERIA DE TRECOS (BARULHO) a partir das 05h00. Não dá para dormir depois desse horário. TV com apenas 4 canais. Não tinha TOALHA DE ROSTO no WC. No café da manhã faltou ovos e o serviço e opções terrível do self service. PREÇO ABSURDO COM RELAÇÃO A ACOMODAÇÃO E SERVIÇO PRESTADO - R$ 500,00(QUINHENTOS REAIS).

Hotel antigo e sem refroma ha muito tempo. Banheito com azuleijos estufados e protmo pra desabar. 1 ar condicionado para 2 comodos o que faz somwnte mwtade do quarto ficar agradavel. Camas duras e dwsconforeavel. Cafe da manha bem ruim, agua servida com gosto muito forte. Elevador assustador. Usamos escadas.

Fiquei no quarto 302. Na chegada, mesmo chegando após às 15h, não havia toalhas de banho no quarto, pois, incrivelmente, todos do hotel estavam lavando. O quarto é espaçoso, com mobiliário antigo. A cama de casal é péssima, vc deita e afunda. O café da manhã é excelente e o atendimento dos staffs tb! O Wi Fi é ruim
