At first we were given the wrong room (2 double beds vs 1 king bed) but we were able to easily get a different room with the help of Martin at the front desk. The floors could use a better cleaning in the rooms but overall the room was in very good condition!

Not bad

The hotel looks like it was renovated and clean. Rooms were somewhat small and the parking situation is not good. They have limited self-park spots and once those are gone you have to find other parking or pay double for valet. Of course it is in a downtown area so that is pretty typical for those types of areas.

There was a lot of hair in the bathroom (towels and the shampoo bottles) and the floor was sticky. The staff, while kind, seemed uninformed. For example, the valet seemed uninformed as to when you’d have to get your car.

The only negative about this property was we did not get the room that we reserved. We got a much smaller room, which kind of sucked. But they were so nice and breakfast was fantastic. We just sucked it up.
