The Pfister was amazing! The staff was very friendly and if you needed anything or had a question, they were all over it. The building itself was just beautiful! Our experience was tremendous and cannot wait to come back again.

This hotel is amazing! Fantastic customer service! Beautiful atmosphere. You feel comforted the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is so friendly. The spa is so luxurious. Beautiful indoor pool. Executive lounge is a wonderful place to work and unwind. The lobby transports you to a time long forgotten. It truly is just lovely.

The only issue I had was that there was a sign saying full on the garage entry so I parked elsewhere. I was told upon checking in at the front desk that I could pull in past the sign to park. Luckily I had limited luggage and the place one block away to the north and east was half the price so the inconvenience was okay with me.
