It wasn't a bad hotel, you get what you pay for. The only thing that was upsetting was it said it had a Continental breakfast and we were given a juice and a yogurt? That is not a Continental breakfast.

The room smelled terrible like mold, mildew and old cigarettes. The blanket was so stiff and rough even through the sheet it made me itch. The lamp next to the bed did not work neither did the remote. Drug deals in the parking lot nightly. I would not stay here again.

Hotel Manager and Staff go above and beyond to help people feel welcome. Cannot speak the local language and need to order a food shop, hire an Uber or order pizza? They would offer to phone on your behalf. Do not know the area and want to plan a journey? Ask at reception! Need information, ask at reception? If they can help or look it up, they would. And I found The Hotel Manager and Desk Staff easy to approach and very friendly!! I stayed at Super 8 for almost a month, and found the place always clean and I was greeted with a smile at the beginning of the day, during the day, and asked how my day was at the end of the day. My experience felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay to all at Super 8!! Five stars is not enough, so i will settle for all the stars the sky can offer...

The staff was rude from the getgo. We originally booked 2 nights and extended it to 5. Every morning the head of housekeeping would pound on the door and yell that we didn't pay(when we most certainly did) he also walked the halls and glared at you as he passed. My wife had a question with the front desk about our reservation and they were dismissive and rude. When i spoke to them about it i was basically told that i was lucky to be staying there and giving them my hard earned money. At one point i sat down outside my room for a minute because i got locked out forgetting my key. Instead of asking if i needed anything i was told i couldn't be in the hallway and was not helped. Thankfully my wife got out of the shower to let me in, otherwise the housekeeping and front desk would have surely took turns beating the life out of me. They were rude, coarse, unpleasant and outright unprofessional. They ruined our stay at what would have been an otherwise pleasant hotel. 0 out of 5 rating.

Pleasant Stay

The staff was very cordial and attentive to my needs. I was able to check in early for $15, which I thought was reasonable. There was a pleasant scent upon entering. The only suggestion would be for them to invest in a better breakfast option. They have room to have more of a continental breakfast area that would really be nice. I slept very well.

Disappointed - even with low expectations

Thin walls led to hearing everything going on in the hallway and surrounding rooms. At half past midnight the room next door has their TV quite loud. A call to the from desk led to that room lowering the volume by a marginal amount. Loud music in the hallways from after 11pm through 1am was also what we encountered. And the "breakfast" they offered was a muffin and a small bottle of juice drink. No selection, just a paper bag with 2 items. Disappointing.

Like that it’s close to the airport. Room was ok. Housekeeping staff friendly. Very small tv. Location of microwave and refrigerator were very inconvenient, right next to entrance door. Very small refrigerator without freezer section. Bathroom too small. Door comes right up to the toilet. Shower curtain rod falling off. Cheap toilet paper. Floors dusty. No breakfast included, just a bag with 1 muffin, 1 yogurt cup and small juice bottle. Coffee with powder creamer, no liquid half and half nor sweetener.

Was so nice this location shuttled me to the airport at 4:30am for a 6am flight. Flight was cancelled the night before and rescheduled at 6am. I stayed the night before and was fine with basic amenities with working vending machines. Staff are there if you need them and are friendly enough for me. It’s not fancy or super exciting but is very affordable for my needs.
