The staff were unfriendly, room is very small, dust all over the vents, ceiling above shower was stained and nasty, no fridge or microwave in the room, 6th floor ice machine did not work in the WI wing, they over charged me for the dog, cliental were a but shady, too dark outside did not feel safe, To me, this is a $60.00/night room not $165.00 plus $90.00 for the dog. Not what I would expect for a Sheraton.

We spent a lot of time looking for our room, the pool , etc because there was no map or directions given. It is a very large property and there needs to be better signage!

Very clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, fresh smelling. Front desk staff very curteous & professional. Indoor/outdoor pool, lovely outdoor area with firepit. Beds vere very comfortable. The excellent deal from Expedia was beyond & this hotel will be first on my list from now on. The only downside was it is a bit far from Mikwaukee.

The rooms are technically just with new wallpaper and a new modern bathroom mirror, beds are Not comfortable at all, no exhaust fan in bathroom so it makes it really Muggy, mold above the door to hallway, unclean windows that can even see out the room clearly and a few other downs for this hotel, 6 out of 10

Went to check in and they were overbooked and had no rooms for my family. No email or text was sent regarding their inability to have our rooms. This caused great problems, didnt get a room until well past 1am at a different hotel and I want my money refunded.

It was clean, modern, and convenient, all pluses. The downsides were the pillows and housekeeping. The pillows were uncomfortable and settled down to nothing...No support. Housekeeping, well, they knocked at straight up 8 am and I told them "not now" because I was just waking up. Two minutes later, they just unlocked the door and came in. Granted, I didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door, but I told them "No" only minutes before. After that, they were yelling down the hall. If I were still asleep at 8 am, I wouldn't be for long. A good stay ruined by rude, early morning group of house keepers.
