Stayed here for my 21 birthday weekend. 1. TVs do not work. They offered us a new room we didn’t get a new room stayed in the same room called to complain more than 7 times. 2. Service was terrible we called about the tv and they were rude didn’t seem like they wanted to help we just wanted a working tv. 3. They “switched” out the remotes but again they still didn’t work he said that they fixed it but they didn’t. 4 the room wasn’t clean at all it smelled really as we called about that but still didn’t get a new room. This hotel really mad my birthday experience terrible and I couldn’t find another hotel during the days of my birthday so I was really stuck here.

The woman and man that were generally at the desk always seemed to be on a phone call while "helping" you. The rooms weren't very cleanly --- messes on the walls, a hair tie still in the bathroom, spots on the couch, etc. There was a hole in the counter top and at least one outlet that didn't work. There was no linen for the pull-out couch besides the sheet below the fitted --- so this sheet was exposed. The sheet likely wasn't change after being use by the prior guest as when we left, we saw there was an unused sticker beneath said sheet. Although, the room served its general purpose, and breakfast was good.

Had stains in our room and a broken doorknob as well. They also had a fan going in the pool room to the outside, so when you got out of it you were absolutely freezing because it was in the 30s outside.
