Very dissatisfied about my stay at the oak Creek m

The beds are hard the heat was not working it was cold outside the receptionist was rude and obnoxious and tried to put us on the do not rent list because my wife did her daughter's hair and she didn't like it nothing dealing with the hotels policies those was her own issues that she had and used her ability to put us on a do not rent list because of personal habits keep in mind when you're going to do not rent list that means something was wrong with your room or something with wrong in the building everything was exceptionally great the room was still intact the walls are still intact the TV was still intact nothing was removed out of the room that was in the room when we rented the room there was nothing wrong with the room there was nothing wrong with the parking lot the lobby coffee was not out at the time it was supposed to be out that was another thing that we did not like but we stayed at the one in Glendale and it's amazing everything the service everything is there right on point the one in oak Creek I would never in life stay there ever again I thought I was getting away from Milwaukee for a while by going to oak Creek with my wife to have us a very special night and it was terrible.

The hotel is advertised as 57.00 (or close) but there is an additional 100.00 adminstratove fee. I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for 157.00 a night. Why isnt the "adminstrative" fee mentioned in the costs? I will never stay here again. They also have lousy wifi and I told them that the last two times I stayed. Seems like that extra 100 administrative fee would cover the cost for better wifi.

Great Value, reasonably close to Downtown and Airport. My only reason I am writing a bad review is because I requested a wakeup call for 5:28am for Sunday July 28, 2024 at the frontdesk on Friday July 26 and again on Saturday July 27. I again confirmed around 1am Sunday July 28, after my busy last day in Milwaukee, that my Wakeup call was indeed scheduled for 5:20 or 5:28am in just 4.5 hrs. Although I had an alarm set on my phone, I always request a Wakeup call for peace of mind when travelling. I heard my alarm and turned it off, thinking I would get a Wakecall shortly. Unfortunately, I never received that scheduled wakeup call. This meant I missed my 7am Flight. I only woke up at 6:40am to my alarm for end of my boarding in Milwaukee airport. I explained my Predicament at the front desk on checkout, and the lady did see my wakeup call was written in the binder in front of her. She did confirm and admit that my wake up call was Not made to my room 141. I have both my Initial flight and the Rebooked flight that I incurred about $860 to return home to Canada. If I send proof of this, can I get a Future stay voucher or credit, or a Partial refund for my 3 nights July 25-28,2024 that I stayed at Motel 6 in Oak creek? Please advise.
