Smoke free building however the hallway and entrance stunk. There was people fighting in a room. You could hear them tossing each other around and women screaming. Carpet in the room had big stains along with stains on the couch. Wouldn’t recommend for family’s. The bedding was clean which was nice.

This hotel was a good stay. It was clean, spacious and the breakfast was delicious! Staff was very friendly. The bed had a little dip in it but that was the only negative I can think of. We would for sure stay again when in Milwaukee.

My wife and I were in town for a Brewers game and stayed at the Comfort Suites. The room was spacious, the staff friendly and the location convenient. We plan to stay here again !

Staff was exceptional with their service, room was very nice, bed really comfortable, breakfast was excellent - eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, muffins, bagels, waffles, 3 different types of juice. We will definitely plan to stay again.

This property was not well cleaned during our stay. Multiple rooms is the group did not get trash taken out by staff. the common bathroom was not cleaned for the duration of our five day stay, noted by items on the floor and counter. the elevator had loose panels to the effect that they moved when you pressed the floor number. All in all, I was not impressed with this hotel.

Building was old and a bit run down in spite of the upgrades. The area around the building wasn’t very nice plus the building was next to the freeway which was noisy. The staff was nice and helpful.The breakfast was very simple and low on variety. Not very good compared to other places I’ve stayed with free breakfast but not the worst. I’d give it a two star review.

Stafd was friendly and very good and fast a fixing a issue that arise when we got there. Housekeeping lady came outside to bring me 2 items i forgot in the room. It was very clean something im big on. Id definitely Recommend this place 100/10 Thank you.!°

Well, was an "average" hotel I guess.
When we arrived, the exterior of the hotel looked nothing like a hotel outside of the main entrance as the rest of the building looked very "business park" like. Upon checking in at the front desk, the desk clerk almost charged us twice as I had already had my payment info entered in due to booking online. I caught that rather quickly. Once we got our hotel room number, we went up-to the 4th floor where our key-cards didn't want to work the first time. Second set of keys did work, however upon entering we noticed the striker plate on the door was bent. I had to use the key-card each time to pry / push the door shut. Upon exiting the room, we had to push in the striker plate to close the door each time almost jamming my fingers into the door. We were not offered another room, and maintenance never fixed the issue while we were there. The half wall where the tv sat, there was coffee drip trails towards the bottom of the wall, and a huge coffee stain spot on the floor underneath. I ended up wiping the coffee spots off the wall myself. I also mentioned this, as well as the broken coffee pot and loose outlet behind the coffee pot / microwave to the front desk as well. Outside of that, the room itself was average. The elevators themselves appeared to have dirt / mud on the floors and appears to have hardly been cleaned up. The rest of the hotel did seem clean though from the area(s) we travelled.
