FIX YOUR ALARMS!!!

We were woken up twice in the middle of the night by alarms. One went off for almost an hour! Spoke with the front desk and we were told the manager was told about the issue a week prior and it still wasn't fixed. Needless to say did not sleep well at all. Maybe a few hours of sleep. Would have been better staying at home and driving the few hours to the airport. Honestly probably the worst night of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. Actually picked this place based off brand reputation. Truly not happy with the experience.

The staff at the hotel allowed my guests to charge to my room without my permission. They falsely accused us of smoking in the room when the night auditor was smoking and talking with us outside. They even attempted to add a smoking fee to my bill. To top it off, I woke up to a $90 unrecognized charge on my card. If you’re considering staying at the Hyatt Place Airport, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I’ve never had a negative experience at a Hyatt before, but this was an exception.

Fast, friendly and helpful check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. We asked for an early shuttle to the airport. It was ready and warm for us. Exceptional staff. Will definitely stay again

During my first stay at a Hyatt Place, I was impressed by their cozy but thoughtfully designed king room. The space featured a modern L-shaped sofa with throw pillows and ottoman, wall-mounted TV, well-lit workspace, mini-fridge cabinet and a mirrored dressing area with closet. An innovative translucent partition created a subtle separation between living and sleeping areas while maintaining an airy atmosphere. All of this in a traditional sized king room. No wasted space. The horseshoe counter in the lobby combined reception, marketplace, and bar services, and though staff had to multi-task, their service remained attentive and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared, not frozen reheated. The outdoor area was fine, but let's face it, you can't dress up an airport area and there’s not enough parking, so check in early. Will definitely seek out a Hyatt Place again.

The site was fine, as were the staff. However, we had elephants staying above us that thought 12:30am was a good time to stomp around their room, the pool was far too cold and the television lost pixelation every minute or so. A rather dreadful stay for somewhere you expected to be nice. I expected more from a Hyatt.

Great stay, easy check-in. Good breakfast and loved the late check-out! Great if flying out of MKE airport! You can literally see the arrival terminals from the front of the property! Awesome/affordable snack and drink options at the front desk!
