People, facility, food, service etc were lovely. Everything was great except one thing. It''s March but for some reason the AC was disabled. Our room was 73 degrees and when I called the desk they said we'll have someone come up, open your window and bring a box fan. So the window was opened to all the outside noise all night (traffic, alarms etc.) The temp outside was 30s and blustery wind so there was a cold brisk wind blowing in. Not the fault of anyone who worked there but makes no sense. $275 for a hotel room on a Saturday night and no temp control...

the hotel was very clean and nice but the air conditioning was not working. When i asked at the front desk she said it was turned off and was not working. The room get very warm and stuffy. Very disappointed.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially liked that the bedroom was quiet and really enjoyed the breakfast options. 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in other suite room) was great with kids.

Overall things were ok the only bad was ...the breakfast chief on the omelet grill didn't demonstrate great cleanliness or customer service never changed his gloves and was cross contaminating everything at the omelet bar .. Someone was bleeding in the pool management didn't evaluate the situation after they were notified the person had a decent nosebleed and they still allowed other youth to swim in the pool without cleaning the pool
