First time staying here but visit the area often. Room was clean comfortable and priced right. Loved the multiple coffee packs in the room. Only down side would be lack of hot water 1 day and the tv is definitely outdated and small for the price of tvs nowadays. Breakfast was pretty limited (cereal and muffins) overall would likely stay again for the right price.

Staff and management were rude and disrespectful. Management argued with me in front of other patrons telling me that their staff was new and misinformed about giving me the wrong information and blamed me for not knowing the staff was new and misinformed. Then tried belittling me for making a complaint against the hotel when it was clearly a case of staff being new and not negligence.

My room was clean and quiet. The late night receptionist was warm and friendly when I checked in after a long drive. My room was very air conditioned but I was able to adjust the temp to get it perfect. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived to our room it was not cleaned. We were given another room that the toilet almost over flowed when I flushed it. You could tell there was something wrong with it before I flushed it because water was as low as it goes and had shredded looking toilet paper in it. I went to the front desk and they said the maintenance had just stepped out and he could do it in 15 minutes ot we could change rooms again.We were exhausted from a long day They gave me a plunger and I fixed it. Don't get me wrong because they were accommodating like i said but we just wanted to get in our room and relax. The free breakfast could have been a bit more than cereal, toast, muffin, and orange juice. Coffee was not good either. Soooo strong

Got up to use the bathroom at 2:30, turned on the light to see a roach running across the bathroom floor. Somehow in my panic of shutting the door and running, the bathroom door locked. Front desk does not have a key to get into the bathroom so have to move rooms in the middle of the night. Staff not concerned about roaches or overall appearance of rooms and grounds

Hotel is in a nice area - lots of dining and shopping options around. Easy access to 94 - close to Brewers stadium, Milwaukee Zoo, etc. Hotel staff is friendly/nice when you speak to them, but they don't go out of their way to interact or make your stay better. Husband was getting coffee in morning - container is clearly out (you can hear it) and the staff is sitting right there and does nothing to help. He goes to front desk to ask if there is more coffee and she just shouts over to the lady that was sitting right there that didn't help him initially. Very strange. Also, when we got in our room, the patio door was unlocked and open and the screen door was just leaning against the back wall. I reported that and while the front desk person seemed surprised it didn't seem like any action was going to be taken. PROS: Cost, location, and room was quite large CONS: Rooms seem dated, staff inattentive, breakfast dismal

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were great and room was nice and clean. There was a bit of a musty smell to the room and unfortunately you could hear everything in the room next to you but other than that I think the area was perfect! It was right where shopping and restaurants were which was good! Pool was nice and fitness room was private and had everything you needed! Would definitely come back for our next trip!

I stayed at 4 hotels on my trip - unfortunately this was the worst of the 4. This was the only bed that gave me a backache - and the worst included breakfast i have had in years of traveling. Too bad - I had high hopes as it was in a great location.
