This used to be one of our go-to hotels. Not anymore. First off, the first night i had to call lobby numerous times for kids and others running and screaming through the halls. I also had to open my door and tell people to keep it down. Then the next morning, the pool had big gabs of hair all over the place fake eye lashes all over. It was disgusting. The pool water was super murky. It was gross. Its definitely not what it used to be.

The staff was very helpful and friendly… from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. My husband and I stayed overnight for a concert in town. Conveniently located minutes away from Fiserv Forum. It’s no surprise that we stayed the following weekend for a different concert. The complementary breakfast was good with a lot of different things to choose from. Definitely recommend this hotel. The only suggestion I have is to include even a folding chair in the room for when 2 people choose to sit and eat in there. There was a desk that made a nice table but only one chair.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice variety! Convenient location and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Requests were addressed within minutes. Great food at the restaurant. Our room was on the first floor and it was clean and quiet. The grounds were very nice and we had our choice of parking near a couple different entrance/ exit doors near our room.My husband and I stayed here to see the Alan Jackson concert at the fiserforum. It was a ten minute drive from the hotel so very convenient. We look forward to staying here next weekend to see Vince Gill only 15 minutes away! Overall wonderful stay!
