When I entered the room I found grass clipping all on one of the beds very obviously. The plastic for ice and trash had a thick layer of mold on it like it hasn’t been changed for weeks. Other than that, everything was on par for a hotel.

Spacious Room and Kind Staff
Overall our stay and the staff we met was nice. The room was very spacious and accommodating for a family of 5. Unfortunately we did not have hot water so after a long, warm day we all had to take cold showers. It was difficult to do late at night with younger children but there were not many options since it was not realistic to change rooms at that point (assuming that is what we would have done).

The place looked like a castle on the outside, clean as soon as you walk in, friendly staff. The breakfast had omlets instead of scrambled eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints from me at all, my husband said he wished there was sausage gravy that was his only complaint.

No matter what, it's still a Comfort Inn. I was hoping for more based on the photos, fully renovated lobby and breakfast area, rooms only so-so. Bed was great, chair and couch just worn out. All that said, the room was spacious. Separate "living room" and bedroom. Lots of little things that annoyed - Toilet roll holders, old and outdated barely rolled. Couch and Ottoman chair in bedroom worn out. Lobby was great, then you turn down a dark and dank hallway. Outside areas needed to be cleaned up.

Great location for our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub could have been warmer and the free breakfast wasn't the greatest, but overall our stay was good.

The bed comforter, sheets, and sink had other people’s hair. The toilet also had black mold on the upper part of the inside bowl and rim. I had to kill 2 baby spiders crawling on the bed and 1 larger spider on the ceiling. Depending how the light reflects, you can see spider webs throughout the room Housekeeping did come back twice to clean the room upon request. Also, the shower water was luke warm and cold on some days.Housekeeping cleaned decently the second time.
