Everything was great but when i did laundry they have the dryer really low so it cost me $6 to do a small load of laundry and clothes were still damp i had to hang them up. I washed 3 loads at 2.00 a wash and 6.00 a dry so a $12 wash turned into a $24 wash and all my clothes were still wet.

While the breakfast was good. That doesn't make up for the areas where they lack. One of the locks on the door didnt work, the door didn't close all the way unless you pushed or pulled it closed, holes in the curtains letting people see in even when you had the curtains drawn, and becuase i was on the ground floor this really pissed me off. The window had NO lock rather only a stick of wood in the window well, a stick that was four inches too short. Over all would not stay again. Waste of money.

My room smelled like mildewed dirty socks and an old locker room. I was told by Expedia after making that comment I should tell the management I told management they said they would take a look at it I came back the next day they cleaned my place but of course the odor was still there so they didn't do anything. I voiced the issue again when I left and they said oh okay we'll try to work on that. I wouldn't stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and park like grounds!
Loved the hotel and especially the location and the grounds. Beautiful. The only thing I would have wished for is a double sink/vanity in the room and improving the breakfast. One morning we had horrible egg white egg like thing with horrible faux fried potatoes and greasy sausage links.

I usually do not bother to write a review, but will take the time after this stay. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever endured, nearly 10 minutes. During check in I was told my request for a 2nd floor pond side room was not a possibility. I was also told my AARP card could not be used, but that “it wasn’t a big deal anyway because it would really only save me a dollar or 2.” The room was fairly clean, but there was visible mold on the grab bar in the bathtub. This will not be my choice the next time I need a motel in the Kenosha area.
