The Best Western in Kenosha is conveniently located to the highway as well as many restaurants. The property is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and efficient. We've stayed there many times and always enjoyed the stay.

Ehhh….
Hotel was fine. Breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable, the room was basic but we were a little disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. The fixtures were fine by the floors had dirt buildup in the corners and the tub did not drain well and had a weird pink color on the base of the tub and in the grout lines. It just didn’t feel clean. Overall I wasn’t disgusted but I don’t know if I would return given there were several options close by.

Fridge was broken in our room. Moved us to a different room with working fridge but worse TV and unpleasant smell. Moved back to original room and I brought the working fridge with me. Second night, staff told us we didn't have a reservation, had to show them the email confirmation. Plenty of other hotels in the area, won't be going back.

Got checked in early. Air conditioner didn’t work correctly. Temp weird and fan did stay on. Shower was horrible. It was loud and couldn’t adjust shower head. It just spun around. Breakfast was average. Need a “pool key” to get into pool. Room key didn’t work. Hot tub water needed to be cleaned.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed and the towels were so plush and soft. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was great. Hot food was hot and coffee was so good also. Highly recommended.
