Great service, comfortable and beautiful hotel
The hotel was beautiful and our room was large compared to most hotels. The staff was exceptional and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place more welcoming and friendly. Our waitress at the restaurant was outstanding and everyone was attentive throughout the hotel. The surrounding area was a little sketchy and we were approached by panhandlers and had an encounter someone struggling with mental illness but would definitely stay again if I was attending an event at The Rave.

They need to do something about the parking garage. One car was stolen and another was severely vandalized. I was worried about it when reading reviews and it turned out to be true. I was just lucky.

The age and architecture of the property is what drew me to the Ambassador. The hotel is beautifully manitained to modern standards and still maintain the integrity of the design choices from that era. This is my favorite hotel in Mikwaukee. The Rave is right across the street and I stay at this hotel when I see a show there.
