We have been here several Times and are never disappointed. Always a warm welcome from reception, and the rooms never disappoint; clean airy and just comfortable. I think my only criticism Would be that the windows don’t open and some natural air would be nice. Roof restaurant is excellent and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and even the lunch menu is excellent. You’re made to feel comfortable and just eating and soaking the views is spectacular . See you soon

Nice view from room, air conditioner by nice and cool. Didn’t like limescale in shower head that I cleaned myself. Stained duvet looked like a blood spot but didn’t take a picture so no proof, cleaner took picture from a mile away so couldn’t see anything. Mentioned to duty manager but that was it.

inept staff

breakfast too 50 minuets, there was no sausages, bacon, hash browns scrambled eggs, stood waiting 25 minuets while the chef cooked replacement self serve breakfast, when they did arrive was way too hot, too hot to eat. because of this it impacted my day been late for a meeting. avoid breakfast at this hotel, Was also no plates and tea spoons avaible.

Overall a lovely hotel situated by the shopping centre with lots of parking and a great view of the greenery. The only thing that lets the hotel down slightly is no mini fridge or slippers/robe which is surprising for somewhere that feels quite luxury. I was also told I would be charged £5 for requesting a set of cutlery to use which I thought was quite bizarre.
