I have been staying here for work 5-6 times a year for nearly 4 years now and it's a great hotel with great staff but they recently started charging for parking when that was always included. And the parking isn't even charged through the hotel, you have to use a stupid QR code. I despise this new change so regrettably I will never be staying here ever again. There are more affordable options nearby that don't charge for parking so I'll be using those options from now on. And the breakfast here is pretty lame as far as hotel breakfast goes. And Sonesta's reward program is probably the worst value out of any of the major chains. Unfortunately they do not reward loyalty like I have shown them over the years so their loss. Hope the $$ they make on the parking was worth it!

This hotel is excellent. House keeping is very friendly. This is the first hotel that I have experienced with housekeeping staffs say hi and smile to me first, normally they have attitude. Room is very clean and modern. Bed is very comfortable. Only thing there is no golf channel on TV. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Staff are great and friendly. Bar wasn’t crowded so the service was pretty quick. Draft beer is cold… Some tv channels didn’t work so we couldn’t watch Sunday night football in the room. And the walls are thin since we could hear music coming from the room next to us and they were up late. Overall, I will definitely stay here again.

First i would like to say that this hotel is wonderful. The room was amazing and the night auditor was very friendly for a midnight check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the one negative thing to this property is POU the front desk "manager." She is very rude and unprofessional. She definitely left a bitter note on our wonderful stay. She needs some major retraining and is a horrendous representation of the brand and hotel! Even though everything else was amazing I dont think i would stay or recommend this hotel to anyone because of POU!
