Communication between hotels and Hotels.com

Our stay was great except we had to move rooms because the hotel said that Hotels.com did have any paperwork to say we were in a wheel chair accessible room. It was on my reservations but they didn't have it on their end. This is not the first time this has happened. I really wish your company would make sure and special needs is made known to the hotel.
