I was charged by this hotel for my stay although I had paid for the room through hotels.com. Beware! Hopefully it will be rectified soon.

My only issue was the servicing of the guest rooms. We never got refreshed and had to ask for new towels on our 3 day stay. The staff was excellent and efficient.

Television listing lacking
My main complaint concerns the television channels available, No MSNBC and no Golf channel. There is no excuse for not having these popular channels in their lineup. Please let them know.

The hotel is in a great spot the bathroom had long pieces of hair on the walls .left the room next morning to return to no services did room not cleaned no clean towels the hotel itself was alright and staff very pleasant but i was disappointed in my room cleaning.

Milledgeville Fairmount!
The hotel is easy to reach, the lobby is clean and inviting. The desk clear was there to greet me and my check-in went with no hitches. Breakfast in the morning was light, but coffee was good! I only wish people would not have personal conversations on their phone with speaker on, while having breakfast.

The jacuzzi hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was out of service as well. I wasn’t notified of this until I tried to get assess to the hot and pool , and was very disappointed
