Had to telephone the hotel to get someone to check us in. Then had to do the same to check out. Breakfast wasn’t there. Door trim on bathroom door was rotted off about 3” from the floor and the door wouldn’t close.

The lobby was clean and updated, but the rooms are definitely in need of an update. All metal fixtures were rusted, walls stained and in need of fresh paint; bathroom was very dated. We had two roaches in our room during our one night stay. One of the outlets and lamps by the bed did not work. Parking lot definitely needs repaving. Guests outside the room and upstairs were very noisy. The room was large in the beds and pillows were comfortable, though. Overall, it was not a good value for the money.

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. There were multiple cleanliness issues — including two spiders in the bathtub, stains on the walls, hair on the bathroom floor, and a leaking sink. The floors felt sticky and dirty, and there was even paint smeared on the door handles. The lamp had visible stains inside it, and many surfaces were covered in fingerprints. When I brought these concerns to the front desk manager, she was dismissive and unfriendly. I didn’t receive an apology, and two other employees simply stared at me without offering any help. I had to go through Expedia to get a refund, which thankfully they approved. I hope this property is thoroughly inspected. The level of cleanliness and professionalism here is unacceptable and concerning.

BEWARE REVIEWS DON’T MATCH THE SCORES

There were 3 roaches that I saw in my room. The bathroom was extremely dated with the caulking in the shower having mold and the water fixtures having a line of rust running down. The closet did not have a door. The hotel carpet is extremely dated. It looks horrible. Door mats in front of each door attempt to hide the faded and stained carpet.

Decent stay, nothing special

Hotel was decent. Seemed to be an older hotel that was recently remodeled. Toilet was old and kind of dirty. Breakfast was very very basic. Overall it was an ok stay. I would stay here again. Nothing special though.

My stay was ok,my room was clean but i had a few issues,1 the toilet tank had a crack in it and when i flushed it leaked,management couldn't fix it right away due to there maintenance man broke his ankle,my 2nd problem was people smoking weed on the first floor outside and the smell came upstairs to my room,so i was happy about that
