Upon checking in a half hour early, I was not greeted with a welcome. Instead, I was asked if I was a member and had I called ahead. I then felt berated that I had put them out for not calling ahead. I would have been fine if they just said, I'm sorry, your room wont be available for another half hour. They still gave me a room but not without making me feel belittled. Plus I was told lobby coffe was 24/7 but when I tried to get some at 3:30am, it was stone cold. I wont be returning there.
I liked how the pool area didn't have a over bearing smell of chlorine, I just wish they would have warned/ mention to me about the remodeling in the room next to me or above so had to listen to banging and saws, the cable glitches so no good picture so my kids were disappointed and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, the breakfast you need to make sure your there before 8 am otherwise everything is picked over the bagels are hard as well as the danishes.
Property is comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar has a great variety of hot and cold items.

Traveled with friends and toddlers. Had connecting rooms on the second floor. Received complaints from customers on the floor underneath us about noise complaints due to the toddlers within minutes of arriving (7pm). This was supposed to be a time to enjoy with friends which turned into unnecessary stress. Hotel staff called multiple times with no solutions (to either move us or the people below). Staff should directly assign customers with young children rooms on the main floor if they are aware of poor noise insulation between floors… we enjoyed the pool which we had for ourselves. Free breakfast was decent. Kids loved the pancake machine.
