My child liked the bunnies hopping in the yard . Room was dusty and dated but overall it was ok. The elevator near our room was broken and the room door was hard to open.

The little fridge was loud and there was a fly in our room buzzing around all night which was odd, and we could hear the people in the room next to us snoring the walls are so thing, but otherwise, everything was fine. Friendly staff.

They advertise continental breakfast, they do not have! You pay for a cup of coffee or a bagel. The rugs are dirty throughout, need to be replaced with flooring. Windows in the room were filthy!

We detected the scent of old cigarette smoke which was being masked by freshener. The little desk the receptionist sat at was underwhelming. Felt as it was unsafe for her. Had two elevators but only one working, if you could say that… it made quite a bit of noise. We mainly used the stairs. The room was okay but the beds were very comfortable.

Room was clean. Service at the front desk was great. Shower drain was clogged and would fill the shower with dirty water. Staff took care of the problem immediately. Only complaint was cleaning service never came to the room once during our 4 day stay. Trash was never emptied and towels not replaced unless we asked for replacement. Other that the stay was comfortable.

I chose a dog friendly hotel and then I was informed when I arrived that there’s an additional $75 per day to bring a pet which is an exorbitant fee. I discovered that the refrigerator in the room had not been plugged in and therefore could not keep cold any of the food or beverage that I brought to the hotel. Also, I could not turn off or on the AC, nor regulate the temperature in the room. The plugs under the bed lights were too large for standard plugs (like a phone or computer charger). I had to fish around for an empty pug on the floor. Otherwise, OK.

Such a bummer that such a nice hotel has been allowed to go down the drain. Elevator out of order, hot tub out of order. Bathroom fam did not work. Hallways dingey and worn. The room itself was very clean, and the staff was nice and professional. The lobby area was a nice place to gather.

The 3rd shift front desk staff/gentleman was the most lovely pleasant thing about the hotel. The carpet was covered in some brown liquid that seeped out when you stepped on it. The room also had a weird musty smell. I did not ask for another room, I just checked out early and was charged for the night I didn’t stay there, because I didn’t want another room if they hold themselves to such low cleanliness standards.
