Overall, very clean, quiet, and relatively affordable hotel (if you can catch the price when it comes down). I liked that they included mini-fridge and microwave in each room. Would like if they shampooed or steam cleaned the carpets more frequently, but other than that, it was a very clean establishment. Complimentary bottled water would also have been nice. Overall, it was a very good experience. I think this would be a good choice for families.

Upon arrival first room assignment keys did t work had to treck back thru the entire property as room was furthest from lobby. Second elevator was not working causing more walking to get to an exit. Minor water failure mid stay causing contaminated water coming out of faucets.

Very bad experience They charged me a fee for my dog for 75$ The room was not prepared for us. No pillow or sheets for the pull out bed No control of kids running all around the halls The fire pit did not work

I paid extra for patio room upgrade. The patio had no out door furniture so was useless. I specifically booked this hotel as it had a hot tub. The hot tub was not in operation. Our key cards continuously did not work and we had to go to reception multiple times and engineer had to come once to replace the batteries in door lock, this still didn’t work and we continued to be locked out. The fire pit and courtyard area was lovely. For the price of this stay we were very disappointed.

My child liked the bunnies hopping in the yard . Room was dusty and dated but overall it was ok. The elevator near our room was broken and the room door was hard to open.

The little fridge was loud and there was a fly in our room buzzing around all night which was odd, and we could hear the people in the room next to us snoring the walls are so thing, but otherwise, everything was fine. Friendly staff.

They advertise continental breakfast, they do not have! You pay for a cup of coffee or a bagel. The rugs are dirty throughout, need to be replaced with flooring. Windows in the room were filthy!
