We have stayed at tis hotel many times and have always enjoyed staying there. Our last several times however it seems that the hotel is changing, the room we usually book is now about $70.00 higher and the buffet breakfast is no longer serve yourself but rather a hotel employee serves you the plate and they no longer offer biscuits and gravy. The staff in general was and has always been excellent yet the gentleman serving breakfast this time was giving the impression he didn't want to be there and I felt uncomfortable eating. The pool area was very hot and humid (indoor pool) and we did not swim,(you would sweat just going into the pool area).Overall it was ok but we will probably not stay here the next visit.

We always stop in Miles City when heading west. We always know that this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is real food (not fake, processed food). The only thing to watch when booking, there is no elevator so if you can't walk up stairs, be sure to book a first floor room.

MC Hotel and Suites made us feel very welcome. Everything about it was outstanding - check-in, soup supper (very flavorful chicken gumbo), delicious and varied breakfast items, and a snack bag to go. It was very clean and quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A great stop in eastern Montana. The place was clean, the staff was attentive and polite, and the breakfast had real food. The decor and furnishings were a bit dated but that is not the focus of our stay. Highly suggested and we will stay there again.
