Pictures look nothing like the real place, the hallways and atmosphere is like that of a horror film, carpet stinks, cobwebs everywhere, honestly looks like a murderers paradise

Checkin was unfriendly and not very informative, not giving clear direction to my room or info about breakfast or WiFi or check out. The bathroom had been recently updated with good assortment of toiletries attached to wall. new curtains throw and cushions on bed. All of this looked good. Mattress very uncomfortable, valance ripped and the corridor to the room gloomy and stained carpet

Great location & wonderful old hotel. We had the basic queen room, which was big enough but carpet is worn out & bunched up, potentially a trip hazard for older people. Bed mattress was in need of replacement. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was great.
