This was a nice hotel with lovely staff. We chose it as our bus tour was leaving from there. However it is not in the heart of the city but rather in a business area. We had to use the underground train to get into the city itself, a train system that worked very well I must say. I was a little uncomfortable walking in the area near the hotel but overall it seemed safe enough.

This hotel was good in many ways but it was too far out of the city for me. There was a metro station nearby and that service worked well and was inexpensive. My tour bus picked up all the guests at this hotel and we will be dropped off there at the end of our tour. So it was ideal for that. But to experience just the city of Milan, I would not choose to be in this area again. Great staff!

The A/C wasn’t working and the room was so hot and even when the A/C was on the compressor was so noisy. There was a car outside and the car making alarm every 20 minutes.

What a gem!
What a gem of a hotel. Very welcoming in a very accessible part of town. A number of restaurants near by and a metro. Room was enormous and very comfortable. My dogs were accommodated too and welcomed. A really enjoyable stay

Average hotel but good access
The hotel room was big enough for our family of four with the children having cots in a separate room from the bedroom but it was extremely worn. The carpet was threadbare and the furniture was very old and worn. The televisions frequently would not work as we tried to watch the World Cup. The food from room service was fast and pretty good. Overall the price seemed too expensive for the condition of the room, but the hotel’s proximity to the metro to take us into Milan and it’s available parking made it one of the only viable options for us on our last night before flying home through Milan. There were no open restaurants near the hotel on a Sunday night and we walked a mile to get some water and snacks, as we did not have options ar the hotel except a limited mini bar.

Very good hotel. I had a baste room. Very good big room , i didn't expect that at all. Very good delicious breakfast. Close to pirto di mare station, less than 2min walkable. Near shopping. If i went another time to Milan , i will book starhotels also.
