Super easy and simple check in, friendly staff. We arrived 2 hours before check in and our room was ready! We were able to leave our bags the next morning as our train was later in the day. Great experience over all!

The hotel it’s great. Very clean and they accommodate it to us without a problem. The staff was friendly. The only thing is that it feels unsafe but maybe was my perception. Hotel was great!!

Disappointing Stay Despite Convenient Location

We booked a room at Spice Hotel Milan specifically for the balcony, but unfortunately, it was quite a letdown. The balcony faced the back of another building and had an exhaust duct right next to it, making it unusable and unpleasant—definitely not what we expected. Additionally, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea pouches were missing in the room. It was surprising, as even budget hotels usually provide these as standard. We had to request a kettle, and although they eventually provided one with some tea bags, it still felt like a basic expectation that should’ve been met from the start. The only real positive was the location—very close to the station, which made getting around easy. Other than that, our experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the listing.

Very noisy outside all night long. Bed was ok, but only one thin pillow provided. Floor felt slimy. TV had limited channel choices. Air Conditioning didn't work so had to open the window which let more street noise in. Way overcharged since it was Salone de Mobile. Not worth it.

While the specifics reads that they have AC, it is not available throughout the year. We stayed 1 night and they gave us 1 of the 2 rooms that they have in the lowest level (-1 floor). We could not power on the AC and when we called the front desk the woman told me that the hotel had the AC off because it was March and it was cold outside. I told her that the room was hot and she replied that I should open the window. I told her that if they gave me another room, I could do that but the room they gave me had the window towards the emergency stairs (inside the building) and when opened we could hear everyone on the stairs who where either smoking, drinking or just having loud conversations. She replied that the hotel was full and at 20:30 I didn’t had any other option. To be honest it was a bad experience and I even have photos of employees vaping on the stairs. If the AC will not be available during the whole year, they should’ve posted it on the description. I was mislead and falsely informed when booking this hotel and I will never, ever, stay here again. When people ask about my trip to Milan I will mention what did happened in this hotel. The only good thing about the Spice hotel was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Front desk staff (specially the woman working the night of March 24) should retake the “Customer Service Class 101”.

Convenient clean hotel

Clean room, with good beds. Bathroom was clean, water was hot, hair dryer working perfectly. The room was not big, but we only returned to our room to rest. Around the corner you have a McDonald's, and next to the hotel the Café was good, we only had breakfast there. Very convenient for a tour of the city and then to go to the airport or another destination.
