The design of the bathroom is really bad. The motion-detect light would automatically switch off after 2 minutes, and we constantly needed to move out of the shower area to reactivate the light. The bad design of the shower also means that water would come out of the shower and flood the bathroom towards the door. It is evident that the door is swollen due to regular soaking. The room is also not completely soundproof. We can hear the noise of the chair moving in the adjacent rooms.

Hotel is clean and modern. The beds are comfy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only 2 small negatives: the walls doors are heavy and slam easily, which shakes all the walls, which was quite disturbing during the night. The curtains are quite thin, so the room is very light in the morning.

The hotel is average. The air conditioning cannot be effectively controlled. The windows open, but the outside noise is excessive. There is no comfortable chair in the room, and the supplied bar stool is not suitable for relaxing. On a positive note, the room was cleaned very well. Nevertheless, I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located to Centrale Station, which is great of using the Metro or train as there an underground stop within 50 feet of the front door. The rooms are clean and updated, although the walls in the room had taken some abuse. The housekeeping was quick and thorough. The check in was quick and friendly and they stored our bags before check in time. The room itself was a bit noisy as people moving in the rooms above and beside could be heard as well as closing of doors at all hours. Some type of alarm also went off 2 pit of the three nights we were there.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Overall good experience. However, the water always leak out from bathroom after shower. The location is very convenient, only few min walking to central station. If you only take Milan as transportation center, it's recommended
