This is a very modern, clean hotel in a very convenient location, if you need to be close to metro or train station The train station which is only a 3 minute walk has a variety of food choices in a casual setting

We had an amazing experience! The staff was very professional and friendly. They always ensured we were happy and comfortable. The hotel couldn’t be located in a more convenient place, it”s walking distance from the metro, train station and spot where all the buses for excursions leave from. The room was clean, modern and convenient. Breakfast had a very good variety.

The location was perfect for easy access to transportation. Unfortunately the reviews I read didn’t match the property description and service. Issues with room included electrical power in room not working (breaker needed to be reset) and hair dryer not working (had to call for portable replacement). This is a tourist transit hotel with plastic cups and miniature shower - nothing more should be expected.

Modern hotel, very clean.

Nice modern hotel, very clean. Convenient location near railway station. Staff very friendly and helpful and they provide umbrellas in case there's rain. But in room we hear outside noises, mostly due to traffic. Also somehow the bed is not comfortable though it looks pretty new.

EXCELLENT HOTEL - DON'T LOOK FURTHER

Fantastic hotel for anyone needing to stay close to Milano Centrale. One of the best breakfast we ever had in a hotel (and I travel quite a lot). The hotel has quite modern decor and very nice amenities and linens. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the staff, our room and all amenities! The staff helped with many many questions. The breakfast is not like anything I’ve ever seen!! There was so much selection that you could literally find everything and anything including a juicer if you wanted to make your own juice! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. The only negative thing we could think of was the shower stall was a bit small.

Convenient hotel

We enjoyed staying here for two nights. Very friendly staff, close to Central Station, good food at restaurant, and feel very secure staying here. One tricky thing is front door is always locked and you need to be unlock the door by front desk staff. They will unlock the door for you from front desk just need to get their attention, they usually keep eye on who is coming in. SPA is beautifully set, you gonna need reservation with front desk for the usages of it. They will give you 45 minutes privately useing the spa. If you are using train make sure to exit from MAIN exit. It is just across from square next to GENERALI building. I uploaded the picture from front exit of Central Station.
