Excellent hotel close to Malpensa airport

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. I would advise you to prebook dinner as it is very popular. We had to leave before breakfast however the hotel gave us a packed meal which was excellent. Family room was very large .

Great Hotel

Great hotel for a quick stay during layover in Milan. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from MXP airport. There is a restaurant onsite. Clean and updated rooms.

Staff was amazing! Great English speaking accommodations. I didn't like that Expedia did not disclose a $25 fee for paying with anything other than cash that was charged at the facility. So bring Euros if you want to avoid that fee.

Osteria staff friendly and professional. Great food at the restaurant, busy so reservation is recommended. Hotel is close to the airport, you pick up shuttle at #5. If you need to travel to downtown Milan, you need to take the train, a 40 minute ride. The walk to the train is 10 minutes, no sidewalks.

Good Malpensa option

Great little hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue is the old medieval road on which it sits. If you are driving, and leaving early, you have to open and close the courtyard gate and pray no one is speeding around the corner to wipe out your family sitting in the car on a curve while you are performing that task. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached to it, which makes it easy for travelers. They also have an airport bus/shuttle.

This was by far THE MOST amazing experience I’ve had with a hotel. The hotel it self is not necessarily luxury or anything super fancy, however the staff is BEYOND AMAZING. Let me start by saying that I am very grateful for receptionist Martina and the driver working Saturday 1/18. ( I was exhausted didn’t get his name 💔). We originally stayed in downtown Milan at a different hotel and booked this hotel for the last two days of our stay since it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle. I have purchased train ticket and take some research to take the train from Milan. Unfortunately the 1st train we needed to take broke down and was cancelled. We had to look for options and it was not easy, specially with luggage. Finally got to the train that what is gonna drop us off at the station there was about five minute walk to the hotel. Because we were supper tired we missed the stop, by the time we realize that we had already passed 5 stops. Got off and took the train back down to the station. We were supposed originally arrive at 8:30pm and because of all the up and down it changed to 9:40pm. I am so thankful I decided to message the hotel just to let them know that we’re gonna be arriving late. I got a message saying the reception closed at 11, I immediately panicked and called to ask if we can get picked up at the train station in Martina set it up so that we safely made it to hotel. Allows to order food 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. I will FOREVER grateful.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent. The shuttle service was wonderful to get picked up and dropped off at airport. Free breakfast is included but we left really early and they made my family a breakfast bag to take on our trip. Highly recommended this hotel.
