Absolutely an amazing place to find some rest and relaxation. Quiet, great staff. Very close to transport into central Milan. An excellent choice.

On the map, this property looks like it's right outside the train station. What you can't see is that the elevators at the train station don't work, so you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs and past a partially demolished old hotel/apartment building. We were sweating by the time we got to the hotel. Upon entering the room, we saw dirt on the floor immediately and the smell of cigarettes was so heavy. We went to the desk and they did give us a different room. The room itself was fine, but the front room with two beds did not have a TV, so while we wanted to relax and have some space after long travel, the kids had no TV to entertain them. Location was OK, if you're going to take the train everywhere, but all dining options are roughly a 15 minute walk away. The family above us were early risers, so they woke us, no real sound barrier. The staff was the highlight of this hotel for us.

A little bit far from metro station and to walk feels unsafe during eveningband night . For that kind of big hotel they should have suttle from the airports . The head border of the bed was scratched leather missing pieces and the breakfast wasnt worth 15£ . I tried the salami and had a kind of bad smell

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious. Beds horribly uncomfortable. Far from all the main attractions - so definitely not ideal for tourists

The property is in the middle of nowhere. At night you feel unsafe to walk around. The reality of the rooms are not what you see in the pictures. Inside is old and need many things to be fixed at night inside the room only one LED is working, so not enough light inside the rooms. Inside the toilet they put a plastic glasses…it doesn’t worth the 4 stars

This hotel is very easy to get to using the S4 train. The train platform is a 3 minute walk! You could walk out further about 15 minutes yo find a tram, bus or metro. There were no little stores close to the hotel but you could have a buffet breakfast for 15 euros and dinner started at 7 pm. There is a nice lounge bar and patio, too. As Canadians we found the drink prices high because ofvour exchange. Iverall excellent service from all the staff. They speak english very well, too.

The place was decent, clean and livable. It’s just quite far from Milan. There is few public transportation outside. At night, we need to pay around 40 Euro for transportation to get home safe. The night bus transportation seem to be very few when we visited. Anyway, we had a great sleep.

Manager was helpful after the staff finally put us through to him. Full of bugs even after transferring to 3 rooms, paid for a superior balcony and didn’t get that. Staff can sometimes be unhelpful Really unhygienic, breakfast isn’t great Claims to be a 4 star and doesn’t perceive that at all

Facilities and hotel was good, able to park with ease, train 2 mins walk from the hotel which takes you to Milan central .. surrounding area did look underwhelming compared to the hotel but would come back again
