Really kind staff that are willing to make recommendations on where you can go around the city. Room was clean and well organised. Perfect location for getting around with Milano Centrale within a 5 minute walk. Plenty of options for shopping, food and drink within a 5 minute walk as well.

Hotel Berna is a nice, comfortable hotel and an easy walk from the Milan train station. The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were incredible and they had a fun happy hour. The neighborhood had many good restaurants nearby which was nice after a day of sightseeing the city.

Nice hotel but rude receptionist
Arrived Sep 2, 2024, around 10pm. The hotel room was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable but the downside was the hotel receptionist who was rude and inconsiderate who did not address our concern in a timely manner. Noticed an annoying beep from the safe and concern was not resolved in an acceptable time. Receptionist finally decided to move us to another room after I pointed out how hospitality services should look like. He was not also kind to his co worker.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with full size shower (which is not as common in Europe). Centrally located and lots of food and places of interest nearby. There is a nightclub and hooka bar directly next To this hotel that gets loud at times at night (until 5am). The noise didn’t affect me, but it kept my friend up. I would stay here again, but ask for a room located further from the club.

Breakfast was great !!! The staff that attended to our bfast are nice . However I’m not happy with their room . It’s warm they have no AC and when I opens the window I can hear the cars passing bay . This is my 2nd time for this hotel , but I got frustrated with my recent experience .
