Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! My first room was filthy and old. The carpets are stained, the walls had streaks of filth on them, the shower was coated in mold, and the cover for the toilet flush was missing. I demanded another room or a refund and the manager gave me a new room that had been completely updated. It was much better but still very questionable in cleanliness. There has to be better places to stay in the area.

Great place to stay and very close to the airport

The place was great! The rooms and showers were clean and great. Gave connecting rooms and spacious for 4 of us. I would love to stay again here. Very close to the airport. Front Desk were helpful. The on site restaurant was nice. Lobby was beautiful.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them. The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small. The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

The phone was not working all the 3 days we were there. After complaining nothing was done. Lost of my prayer mat in the towels that was changed. When asked about it did not get bother to find in launders area and insisted that it was not seen at all. The first night we were there, A party was going on at the dining area and music was extremely loud. When complaint, staff said nothing be done, beyond their control. Only manager could do something. Overall a disappointed stay but appreciate the shuttle service to airport to take train into the city.

Nice hotel near airport

Nice hotel near an airport with free parking. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Three is a pool but it was closed. Does have a restaurant but you need to drive to everything else. 10 mins drive to the metro station. Shuttle bus available but €10 each way. Only pick is they use paper cups in the rooms and for the orange juice in the breakfast room

Can't believe this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. There was blood on the walls. There was also splattered flies on the walls, bugs in the room, and dirty floors. Would not stay again.
