I loved this hotel. It manages to be a little bit edgy but also really down to earth and relaxed but with great service and gorgeous decor. The roof top bar is amazing, if the weather is good make sure you check it out.

This hotel was amazing! They offered the most delicious coffee to us during checkin, the helped us find a location to go out that evening, and helped us figure out transportation to and from the event. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I’m lactose intolerant and they were so helpful at breakfast to make sure I was safe. I highly recommend 21 House of Stories Navigli to anyone looking for a comfortable safe space in Milan.

The hotel is new and beautiful. Roof deck is amazing the property is loud at night. The noise from Navigli area can be heard from the room at night. Other than that super cool and fun hotel.

Cool hotel in the heart of Navigli with easy access to tons of restaurants, bars and shops. Property was clean and breakfast was exceptional. Rooftop bar/pool was a great perk, although the gym could use renovating. Our room was across from a particularly loud bar that played music passed 3am, but the staff was wonderful and moved us to a quieter room the next day. 10/10 service.
