Noisy! The room itself was fine and the staff friendly and helpful. The lack of carpeting, however, meant that no sounds from other rooms were muffled. Worse, the front desk area with its snacks, booze, and seating, made it great for the gang of people who stayed up all night doing shots of tequila, drinking copious beers, playing music very loudly, screaming with glee as more shots were downed, their children ignored though the kids were much better behaved and quieter than the drunken adults, kids were running around everywhere, filling the exercise room, playing pool 24/7, running in and out of the building and up and down the elevators. Again I don’t blame the kids. They really didn’t misbehave. They were simply ignored and unmonitored by the adults, who clearly decided Tru was the perfect place to throw a loud, drunken party. I fell asleep quite late due to the extreme noise.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is not good. The eggs come with too much cheese. The oatmeal is cold. Nothing is really hot, the pancake maker was broken. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality. I was assigned to the room with rolling shower,, the towels were old, The body wash gel and hand soap were running out. The fan in the bathroom was not working. The shower curtain was not long enough so the floor was wet after showering. It really does not need the Hilton standard.

Its a nice hotel but noisy!! You can hear door slamming all night and the people above us were up all night and making alot of nosies! The beds were not that great. Me and my family all woke up with backaches! And we also woke up too construction going on next door and always a band playing across the street. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

I love staying here every time I come to town. I didn't know that fox is not a part of the programming. Very upsetting since it’s football season. Other than that always a great place to stay.

Nice comfortable hotel on the outskirts
The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was okay and the bed was very comfortable. The location was not walking friendly and the pool was a shade of brown that did not entice a plunge.
