Didn't deliver the king suite I ordered. Was given a double queen room and when I called to clarify they said they were out of king suites and gave me an "upgrade." Was too late to find something different. Very nice hotel but feel like I didn't get what I paid for.

The staff was professional the rooms quite and clean excellent breakfast only issues were homeless people in lobby that were eating free breakfast for guest i feel that security needs attention in order to eliminate chane of serious event one person was disturbing and scared my grandson i know they are hungry but security needs attention other than issue all was good
