Ivan the General manager did not honor my two hour early check in. I told him I needed to use the bathroom he didn’t care. I had to sit in the lobby where there health department has shut your breakfast area down. I had to hold my urine for almost hour bc he refused to let me check in like Expedia was allowing I had several refrigerated items such as milk n whip cream that sat out for longer then 2 hrs being that he wouldn’t allow me to check in

When we arrived they gave us a room that was occupied, when they gave us other room the room did not have towels and it was supposed to be non smoking and it smell a lot of cigarettes.

Not what i booked

I walked by 2 women standing outside to go check in. There was no one there. I waited about 5 minutes then yelled hello, no response. I walked back outside to look around and the 2 women were still there. I walked back inside again, waited some more. Finally one of the women walked in and asked if i needed help. She worked the front desk. She saw me and never said a word to me or to say she would be right with me. She was very sorry and rude with me. She checked me in, verbally gave me my room number . Handed me my room key with no paper sleeve on it. I booked a king bed room, when i got to my room it had 2 double beds. I walked back to tell her and she said they were all of of king rooms so she gave me what they had. She said the double room was more expensive but didn't charge me the difference. Like she was doing me a favor. The outside of the hotel smelled like Marijuana every time i walked in and out. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

This was the worse place I ever stayed at..they advertised breakfast but but there was never breakfast..I stayed there nine days and I hey charged me a deposit everyday..the staff was terrible

I was charged double for one night like that purchased two rooms and it was just me and my daughter. Got a call at midnight saying I did not pay for my deposit and I needed to come to the office or they would call the police on me so I got up grabbed my 1 year old went to office just to find out I was double charged. I will never be cheap again and stay at a place like this for as long as I’m alive.
