Staff was very friendly, but our floor smelled awful like something sour was left in the hallway. The room was overall clean, although when we stripped the bed one of the mattress protectors had a yellow stain on it. We had our 3 year old and really appreciated the layout since it allowed us to use the restroom without worrying about waking him up?

Stayed on the 11th floor this time. Little by little this hotel has upped its game by restoring nearly every floor. The hotel has a elegant feel to it. The free parking is now new and controlled by your room key.

Although it is a historic hotel it has been refurbished extremely well. Bathroom work, the electrical sockets are sufficient and there's no creaky floors. Beautiful building

Staff was polite and helpful, food in the restaurant in house was very good, and I enjoyed the history of the hotel. There seems to be revitalization in areas around the community and the hotel acts as an anchor. I hope the improvements elsewhere continue
