Small details marred an okay stay
We had t switch rooms initially because the heat wasn't working. The bed was too hard for my wife. We would have preferred a coffee maker/hot water heater in our room but the coffee was only available in the common area. However, the hot water dispenser in that area was broken, so in order to make hot tea, I had to heat up a cup of cold water in the microwave, which was a hassle and time-consuming. The hotel was indeed clean and the staff was helpful. It seems like the parking areas were like a bomb area, because of massive potholes and difficulty getting to the hotel.
