No shower curtain in the bathroom. Desk clerk fixed that. Half of the overhead light at the bed is burnt out. Floor is dirty, food left in the frig from previos people. TV clicker was filthy, wiped it off before using it. Will not stay here again. Desk clerk was nice.

Was very happy with our stay!

We decided to stay here because the price was good. It was the first time of experiencing this facility. We were happy with our stay. The room was good, very roomy. We got a king room for the price of a queen. We were very happy about that. I have a handicap with walking, so it was nice to get a downstairs room. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. I've had better and I've had worse. For the price, I paid for the room, it was good. They offered eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, frozen breakfast sandwiches, orange juice, apple juice, and 24 hour coffee. I would have rated the breakfast higher, but I was not crazy about the sausage. The biscuits could have been a little more cooked for my taste, but everyone's taste is different. I liked that the juices was nice and cold. The thing we liked best about the room, was the size of the room and it's design. It had a microwave, fridge, snack bar with sink and it was decorated very nicely. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Just… pick elsewhere. Anywhere else in the area.

Terrible. If you are planning to stay here in order to avoid having to buy your family breakfast in the morning— don’t stay here. We paid $25 more for our room than we would have at other hotels in the area in order to not have to buy breakfast in the morning. The breakfast had no waffle batter for waffle irons, no fruit, no milk, no muffins or pastries, no milk for the cereal (after asking they DID bring out about enough milk for one bowl of cereal). Had to ask for sugar for coffee. 2 bagels total (no cream cheese tho which is fine because they were hard as rocks) and half a loaf of stale wheat bread. HOWEVER, oddly enough—- the 2 vending machines in the breakfast area were STOCKED fully. No ice. No water pressure for shower. Just—- save yourself the headache and book one of the other hotels in this exact same area. Response from management— very poor. I felt bad for the girl working the front desk—- she was as nice as she could be—-but, her management team isn’t providing her with the things needed to do her job. —- value your employees and don’t leave them to take the heat from unhappy guests. I’d have walked out if my management team falsely advertised a breakfast buffet— and I had to handle/assist the upset guests. It is unacceptable —- and pretty sad that management doesn’t care enough to fix It.

No a pleasant place to stay.

When I reseved the room it did not say there was additional charge for Saturday, it was suposed to be 2 days at $74 and they charged extra for Saturday. High, especially after I received a e-mail that I could have gotten it for fifty somehting. When I got to the room there were no cups for the coffee machine, I had to go to lobby to get some. Then when I turned on TV there was no listing for channels and again had to go to lobby and he couldn't find them so I had to wait and he had to bring to my room. When I checked it I was told to park at the end and come in that door closest to my room. When I did that another resident opened the door for me so I did not realize that room card would not open the door. I found out when I went back out to bring in luggage and I couldn't get it. Again, back to the lobby to advise that the door did not work, No response from staff. Unfortunate that he kept sending people to that door after he knew that the key cards did not work. Room was kind of clean except I did find a piece of candy under the edge of the bed. I am a tea drinker and they only had flavored tea, bought my own tea bags. Overall, I probably would not recommed this motel to anyone.

Our room was on the top floor, it was pretty quiet and we felt safe! Definitely a quick clean job was done because there were some areas that could've been swept, or wiped down better. The breakfast was okay (waffles maker was different in a good way) the staff, in small encounter we had, were nice and attentive! Overall we would definitely stay again, especially since we didn't experience the pool this stay.

As usual a good choice to stay overnight. Price was good. Room was in pretty good shape--except for the heater/a/c grill and control lid. Clean. Conveniently close to a Denny's. Quiet overnight, and bed was comfortable.
