Old part of the hotel
So apparently there is an old part of this hotel that you dont realize you're booking. This is the Blue chip "tower". the Blu Spa tower is the one you want. This old portion has been apparently been there for decades? Its hidden, the rooms and hallways are a disaster and there is no direct way to get to them for parking etc. You have to walk almost a mile form the casino to even get to these rooms. Bc of this, we cancelled our reservation for the next stay. I will absolutely not be doing that again.

Stayed in the older half of the property, room was still really nice and clean. Comfy bed and nice shower. Just stayed 1 night on a roadtrip, traveling solo, felt safe the whole time. Front desk staff was blah, forgot to write down or even tell me my room number, so had to go hack to get it once I realized it wasnt on my key envelope, security at casino was a bit of a jerk when I went the wrong way once.

The staff at the registration desk did not ask if we have stayed with you before or if we knew where the room was, just handed the keys. Not being familiar with the hotel, did not know there were 2 sections. We were not aware it was a smoking casino.

Wanted to use the hot tub and when I booked it months ago it was out of order and when we checked in it was still out of order, I don’t think they care to fix it or even clean the pool ,, I had a spa service and had to stay in the old half made me feel less of a guest , thank you blue chip no I’m not a high roller but I do gamble. And spent a lot of money in your hotel
