Replace your matresses, Dirty floors, slow draining shower, standing in water during shower, ants, requested room change, told maintenance would snake drain, never showed, shortage of eggs and sausage, burn holes in blankets, room never cleaned during our stay and dog feces every where, requested a credit, denied, told nothing is wrong with our room

Never been so disappointed with a hotel quite like this one. No elevators, pool was under maintenance but when I called a day prior was told it was open. There was a mouse in our bathroom which then got lose in our room called the front desk told they would have the manager call me and that never happened.

It was an alright stay but our bathroom tub still had a lot of hair in it from previous people. The wall behind rhe door had a dark brown stain that looked like...if you know you know. The bed had a few stains on it. Overall, it was a one night stay.

I don't normally give reviews but this was bad.There were no towels in pool area, boarded up windows in pool area, no conditioner in the shower, and half the breakfast food was gone at 9am. There was a shopping cart in the lawn and trash in the parking lot.
