Relaxing venue

New owners. In process of renovation. Should be better once everything is running perfectly. Service basics was good. Once kitchen, bar are up and running properly it will be a good base. Pool is really good. Wish new owners well.

Ottima igiene, personale eccellente che ha voglia di migliorare la struttura ed il servizio. Punti da migliorare: 1. Tarli in camera che fanno rumore durante la notte 2. Pressione dell'acqua molto molto bassa che rende difficile lavarsi i cappelli 3. Acqua fredda. Pensavo si riscaldasse un minimo con il sole ma non è così. 4. Ridurre porzioni dei piatti ed i prezzi per non buttare cibo (un piatto di pasta costa 10 dollari per 400 gr di pasta). 5. Fornire un servizio taxi a pagamento dato che la spiaggia più vicina è a 20 minuti a piedi (sotto il sole di Zanzibar sono un'eternità) e dato che non c'è illuminazione pubblica la sera. 6. Iniziare la colazione alle 7 e non alle 8 dato che non c'è vita notturna 7. Alcune volte non si trovano le 2/3 persone dello staff che parlano inglese.

ci sono luoghi che pur non essendo perfetti ti entrano nel cuore e zeru zeru e' uno di quei posti, gestione locale ,sono 5 ragazzi,joseph,il manager,paulo receptionist ,jdaia fantastica chef che accontenta ogni tua richiesta ,geltrud, alla pulizia camere,sempre attenta e ogni sera passa con il repellente per le zanzare che comunque sono molto poche e ultimo ma non ultimo yuma simpatico e premuroso tuttofare,lSituato nella tranquilla campagna di michamvi si raggiunge la spiaggia in 10 minuti di bicicletta fornite gratuitamente o con una fantastica passeggiata in mezzo alla natura e al villaggio dove tutti ti salutano,i bungalow sono spaziosi ,ma essenziali,ricordo che per l'energia ci sono i pannelli solari e l'acqua della doccia viene scaldata dal sole in grandi cisterne ovvio che se si fa' la doccia in tarda serata questa risulta fresca,ma non fastidiosa,e' un posto tranquillo adatto a chi ama la vita semplice e a chi come me aveva bisogno di rigenerarsi,c'e' la piscina per un bagno al tramonto, ma sopra a ogni cosa ci sono questi magnifici cinque ragazzi che ti accolgono e ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia,grazie di cuore a tutti.

Changement de propriétaire depuis 15 mois. Rien ne correspondant à ce qui était avant. Piscine verte pas d internet durant 6 jours. Chambre qui s inonde quand on prend une douche avec prises avec fils apparents. Hôtel à l abandon non entretenu. Petit déjeuner cher et mauvais. Gérant qui recherche l argent et facture les excursions à 5 fois le prix pratiquer dans toute île. Aucun accueil et professionnalisme que l on trouve dans chaque hôtel de zanzibar

J'ai aimé l'endroit et ça situation, personnel agréable, gentil, bémol sur la piscine juste un peut plus d'entretien j'ai passé 10 nuits et c'était un très bon hôtel merci à toute l'équipe surtout à mon ami Abo.
