Sent me email 1 hour before arrival When in transit saying credit card invalid and call overwisr booking canceled in 24 hours .. instead it was canceled an hour later when we arrived .. they claim Hotels.com canceled it ; I found other accommodations and will slam This place at every opportunity .. hotels.com help line was useless

The front desk lady was nasty.. she refused to give her name to talk to her supervisor in the morning, she talked to me very nasty at front of my 5 year old at the lobby.. I really want to talk to someone about this horrible experience.. someone at the corporate office..

The staff was absolutely amazing. The restaurant in the hotel had great food great staff and amazing drinks. Next time I come to Miami. I will definitely stay there again. It was a great place. My room was quiet, clean and cozy.

Two coupons for a FREE COCKTAIL is included, however once in the bar you are told that it does not cover anything but basic crap for alcohol and that it could be used for the purchase of coffee for breakfast EXTRAORDINARILY MISLEADING! Pictures of the hotel are so much different from what is actual presented, cleanliness was below standard. The elevators are very slow and small for the amount of people they are trying to accommodate. It is CLEARLY TIME FOR AN UPDATE. not to mention the size of the en suite.

Really small very outdated nothing in this property. It looked like the ads. They even had the pictures showing the rooms in the lobby on the TV when you walked in your room and it was like this room looks nothing like that at all.

I was mot very happy with the room we were given. It was in a corner, not very clean, no wash cloths and the a broken ironing board. I called the front desk upon entering the room to report no wash cloths and was not given any until a second call the following morning. No ironing board was ever delivered to the room.

Location is the only thing good about this hotel

Booked this hotel because it was within walking distance to the downtown area and park area with bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very out dated, not enough elevators to accommodate all of the guests which makes you wait a long time. AC in my room was not working. No Coffee to offer guests in the morning.

Good enough for a 1 night stay.

Yve Hotel was in an excellent location. The elevators got busy at times but staff was helpful getting everyone on and off. The room was small with no fridge and a very limited coffee set up. Good enough for an overnight stay. Resort fee was charged for 2 waters and a "free" drink... that you were actually paying for via the resort fee. Didn't get the free drink.

Worst hotel and service, we stayed for one night before the our cruise. Our room had no ac my husband had to go downstairs 3 times to say something because they would not answer the phone they sent up a maintenance man which did not speak English and just tried to adjust the thermostat like we already did and used translator to tell us it wasn’t working. We went downstairs and they gave us a new room on the 17th floor. The room smelled so bad of black mold I went back downstairs and let the front desk know that the room smelled like mold and it was along the back of the bed. Angie said that’s the only room we have you can have the room with no ac or the one with mold. I said you know black mold is bad right she said it’s only one night I was a nurse for 20 years. I said well this is not acceptable and she said she was only working here for 2 weeks. And she was working there as an auditor, I said and this is how you keep your rooms. The hallway ceiling had plastic taped up and had garbage cans for water leaks on both floors we stayed in, rooms look like they just put a bunch of newer stuff on a old runned down room carpet was not even up to the wall it was old and dirty looking has paint and dust on it. Baseboards were water damaged and black mold painted over rooms are so small felt dingy the windows were so high up couldn’t look down only view was a wall with other windows of a run down building we couldn’t even close the curtains. For $360 a night it’s not worth it

The pictures online are very deceptive. The bathroom was so small, when using the restroom the bathroom sink was in our laps. The room was terribly small. Also, the elevators were extremely small. The lights on the night stands were rusted, there was paint in the carpets of the floor. For the price we paid for this, I expected a better room
